As part of a portfolio project for The Essential Art Department’s Designing for Themed Entertainment and Experiences course, I was challenged to design and develop a themed cart experience that could be found inside a theme park. Since everyone loves a sweet cool treat, my shaved ice stand centered around the concept of a repurposed mining facility that now excavates the very ice used for this one-of-a-kind frozen dessert!
